  • 2 tablespoons Truffle oil My personal favorite part!
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese Grated generously over fries
  • 1/4 cup Fresh herbs (parsley or chives) Chopped for topping
  • to taste Salt Added for seasoning
  • to taste Pepper Added for seasoning

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven or air fryer according to the fries' package instructions.
  • Bake or air-fry your fries until they are crispy and golden, usually about 20-25 minutes.
  • Once cooked, transfer the fries to a serving bowl.
  • Drizzle with truffle oil and toss to coat evenly.
  • Grate the Parmesan cheese generously over the fries.
  • Add chopped fresh herbs, salt, and pepper; sprinkle to taste.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

If making ahead, prep fries but don't bake. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2-3 days and reheat to regain crispiness. Kids love to help sprinkle on toppings!
