  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (for brushing) Adds richness

  • 1 tablespoon Smoked Paprika Secret ingredient
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice For freshness
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard Adds depth of flavor
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce Use tamari for gluten-free

For Serving

  • 2 tablespoons Parsley Optional garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, lemon juice, dijon mustard, and soy sauce.
  • Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil.
  • Spread the glaze mixture over the salmon fillets.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon on it.

Cooking

  • Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
  • Optional: Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

You can prepare the glaze ahead of time and store it in the fridge. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. This dish is ideal for batch cooking.
