  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream Can substitute with Greek yogurt for a lighter option.

Spices and Seasoning

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 tsp salt Add more to taste.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Place jalapeños on a baking sheet and roast for about 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Once roasted, allow cooling slightly before peeling skin, removing stems, and seeds if desired.

Mixing

  • In a food processor, combine roasted jalapeños, softened cream cheese, sour cream, and all spices.
  • Pulse until smooth and creamy. Adjust lime juice and salt to taste.

Serving

  • Spoon the dip into a serving bowl, drizzle BBQ sauce on top, and swirl gently.
  • For best flavor, chill in the refrigerator for about an hour before serving.

Notes

This dip can be made a day ahead and stored in an airtight container. Leftovers can last in the fridge for up to 3 days and can be reheated easily.
