  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing Can use flavored ranch dressing for variation.

Vegetables and Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil For sautéing the onions and garlic.
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced) Fresh garlic is recommended.
  • 1 medium Onion (chopped) Can substitute with shallots for a different flavor.

Preparation

  • Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
  • In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion and garlic until they turn translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the caramelized sausage and cook until heated through, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in the cooked pasta, ranch dressing, and shredded white cheddar cheese.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cook for a few more minutes until the cheese is melted and everything is combined.

Notes
