  • 8 oz Rotini pasta Perfect for catching the creamy sauce
  • 1 lb Sausage (Italian or breakfast) Can use turkey sausage for a lighter option
  • 1 cup White cheddar cheese, shredded A game changer for flavor
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix For added flavor
  • 1 cup Heavy cream or milk To create the creamy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For sautéing the sausage
  • to taste Salt To season the dish
  • to taste Pepper To season
  • optional Parsley, for garnish Adds freshness to the dish

Instructions
 

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  • Add sliced sausage and caramelize for about 5-7 minutes until golden-brown.
  • Boil rotini pasta according to package instructions in a separate pot of salted water.
  • Once sausage is cooked, add the drained pasta to the pan and stir.
  • Lower heat and mix in heavy cream and ranch seasoning, stirring well.
  • Gradually add shredded white cheddar cheese and mix until creamy.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

Prep ingredients in advance to save time. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of milk or cream.
