Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers You can substitute with digestive biscuits.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup lime juice Can substitute tequila for a non-alcoholic version.
  • 2 tablespoons tequila Use more lime juice if desired.
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • to taste Salt for garnish Optional, to mimic margarita glass rim.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, powdered sugar, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, tequila, and lime zest. Stir until well combined.
  • If the mixture is too sticky, refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

Forming Balls

  • Scoop small portions of the chilled mixture and roll them into balls, about the size of golf balls.
  • Optionally, roll each ball in salt for a finishing touch.

Chilling and Serving

  • Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill until firm.
