Ingredients
  

Pasta and Proteins

  • 8 ounces pasta (such as rotini or penne)
  • 4 ounces salami, diced
  • 4 ounces pepperoni, sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, diced

Vegetables and Seasonings

  • 1/2 cup banana peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing

Garnish

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, salami, pepperoni, provolone cheese, banana peppers, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
  • Drizzle the Italian dressing over the mixture and toss to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve cold.
