Ingredients
  

Pasta and Proteins

  • 8 ounces pasta (such as rotini or fusilli)
  • 4 ounces salami, diced
  • 4 ounces pepperoni, sliced

Cheese and Veggies

  • 1 cup sharp provolone cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup banana peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced

Dressing and Seasoning

  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Boil pasta according to package instructions, adding a pinch of salt to the water.
  • Once cooked, drain and rinse the pasta under cold water to cool it off.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta with salami, pepperoni, provolone cheese, banana peppers, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.

Mixing

  • Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss until everything is nicely coated.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Chilling

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

For meal prep, store in airtight containers for up to three days. Use firmer vegetables like bell peppers if prepping more than a day in advance to avoid sogginess. The salad is customizable with various veggies and proteins!
