  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, combine your melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and season with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  • Toss the shrimp into the garlic-Parmesan mixture until they are well coated.
  • Spread the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or until they turn pink and opaque. Keep an eye on them.
  • Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

You can prep the garlic-Parmesan mixture in advance and store it in the fridge. For leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. Reheat in a skillet for best results. Kids will enjoy helping mix ingredients or squeeze lemon.
