Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and set them aside.
  • In a pot, combine the broth, soy sauce, fish sauce, chili paste, and brown sugar. Bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in the fresh lime juice and adjust seasoning to taste.

Serving

  • Divide the cooked ramen noodles into bowls and pour the hot broth over them.
  • Top with fresh cilantro and sliced green onions.

Notes

For meal prep, you can batch-cook the broth and store it for 3 days. Reheat gently on low heat. Add crispy toppings for a fun twist!
