  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Freshly grated yields the best flavor.

Instructions
 

Cooking the Chicken

  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
  • Cook for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Making the Sauce

  • In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it with the sauce.

Serving

  • Serve with a sprinkle of parsley on top.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stove.
