  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded Because cheese is LIFE!
  • 1/2 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk Use any kind you like!
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs Optional, for added crunch

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for added crunch.

Baking

  • Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.

Serving

  • Serve warm and enjoy every cheesy bite!

Notes

This casserole can be made a day in advance and stored in the fridge. For storing leftovers, keep in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy within a few days. Kids can help add their favorite veggies into the mix!
