  • 1 lb cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 package biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix the cooked, shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce until nicely coated.
  • Take a piece of biscuit dough, flatten it in your hand.
  • Place a spoonful of the buffalo chicken mixture in the center, add a cube of mozzarella, and top with crumbled bacon.
  • Pinch the edges of the dough to seal it into a ball and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper with enough space in between.
  • Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly, garnish with green onions if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

These bombs are flexible; feel free to add different cheeses or sauces. They can be prepped ahead and stored in the fridge or freezer before baking. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
