For the pasta

Cooking

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the ground beef or turkey and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in the BBQ sauce and ranch seasoning mix, simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  • Add the cooked pasta into the skillet with the chicken broth.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and everything is combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

This dish reheats well and can be meal prepped. You can add extra veggies for picky eaters or switch up the cheese for different flavors. If meal prepping, store in airtight containers.
